Cancellation Policy

This policy explains when a customer may request cancellation, what happens after dispatch, and how MarvellousGrace handles custom work and service appointments.

Last updated 25 September 2026

1. Ready-to-wear orders before dispatch

You may request cancellation of a ready-to-wear order before dispatch. Contact MarvellousGrace as soon as possible with your order reference. A request is effective when MarvellousGrace confirms that fulfilment has been stopped, not merely when a message is sent.

2. Orders already dispatched

Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be treated as a pre-dispatch cancellation. The applicable process is described in the Returns, Exchanges & Refunds Policy, including the 7-calendar-day voluntary exchange window for eligible ready-to-wear items.

3. Custom, altered, and special orders

Custom, altered, personalised, sourced-on-request, or special-order work may involve materials, labour, or supplier commitments before completion. Where a customer cancels after such costs have been committed, a reasonable charge may reflect the genuine work or costs already incurred, provided the relevant condition was disclosed before confirmation.

MarvellousGrace will explain the stage reached and any proposed deduction. This section does not limit statutory remedies where goods are defective, damaged, materially misdescribed, or wrongly supplied.

4. Beauty and styling appointments

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice when cancelling or rescheduling a beauty or styling appointment, where reasonably possible. This is a MarvellousGrace scheduling policy rather than a universal legal requirement.

A late-cancellation, no-show, or deposit consequence applies only if it was disclosed before booking. Genuine emergencies will be considered reasonably, including whether rescheduling is practical.

5. Cancellation by MarvellousGrace

MarvellousGrace may cancel or decline fulfilment because of unavailable stock, a genuine pricing or listing error, unverifiable or failed payment, reasonable fraud or security concerns, impossibility of fulfilment, safety concerns, or legal requirements.

If MarvellousGrace cancels a paid order and no replacement or alternative is agreed, the applicable payment will be refunded through a reasonable verified method. Any non-refundable committed cost for custom work must have been properly disclosed and remains subject to applicable law.

6. Refunds after cancellation

Approved cancellation refunds are processed after payment and identity details are reasonably verified. Bank or payment-provider processing may affect when cleared funds appear. See the Payment Policy for failed, reversed, duplicate, and overpayment handling.

7. How to submit a cancellation request

Use an official MarvellousGrace channel and provide your name, order or appointment reference, the item or service, and the requested cancellation or rescheduling. Do not send banking PINs, OTPs, passwords, or card credentials.
