Terms & Conditions

These terms explain how the MarvellousGrace website, assisted ordering, fashion sales, and beauty or styling enquiries operate. Please read them before placing an order or booking a service.

Last updated 25 September 2026

1. About these terms

These Terms & Conditions apply when you use this website, contact MarvellousGrace Business Concept about a product or service, place an order, or book a beauty or styling service. By continuing with a transaction after receiving the applicable details, you agree to the terms disclosed for that transaction.

Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable Nigerian consumer-protection law.

2. Lawful website use

You may use this website only for lawful personal or business enquiries. You must not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, introduce harmful code, misuse its content, impersonate another person, or use it to facilitate fraud or unlawful activity.

3. Product information and images

MarvellousGrace aims to describe products and services clearly. Screen settings, lighting, photography, handmade details, fabric batches, and normal production variation can cause colours or finishes to appear differently. Images are illustrative, but goods supplied should materially correspond with their confirmed description.

Sizes, colours, prices, specifications, preparation times, and availability remain subject to confirmation before an order is accepted.

4. Availability and Turkey Wears

Display on the website does not guarantee stock. Turkey Wears is a MarvellousGrace catalogue category and does not, by itself, claim manufacture, direct import, official distribution, authenticity certification, licensing, or affiliation with a third-party designer or brand. Current selection, size, colour, origin information where relevant, and price are confirmed during the enquiry.

5. Enquiries and order acceptance

A WhatsApp, email, telephone, website, or in-person enquiry does not automatically constitute an accepted order or confirmed appointment. An order becomes binding only after MarvellousGrace confirms the relevant product or service, availability, price, payment requirement, delivery or collection arrangement, and any other material terms, and you accept those terms.

MarvellousGrace may decline an enquiry before acceptance, including where stock is unavailable, information cannot be verified, or fulfilment would be unlawful or impracticable.

6. Prices and payment

Prices are stated and settled in Nigerian Naira (NGN) unless MarvellousGrace expressly agrees otherwise. The final product or service price and any delivery charge will be confirmed before completion. Payment is generally confirmed before dispatch unless MarvellousGrace expressly agrees another arrangement.

Use only payment instructions supplied through an official MarvellousGrace channel. MarvellousGrace will never request your banking PIN, one-time password, online-banking password, or other confidential banking credentials. Further details appear in the Payment Policy.

7. Delivery and collection

Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly confirmed as a guarantee. Ready-to-dispatch Lagos orders ordinarily target 1–3 business days after payment and order confirmation. Other Nigerian destinations ordinarily take approximately 3–7 business days after dispatch or confirmation, depending on the arrangement. Special, pre-order, altered, or custom items may take longer.

See the Delivery & Collection Policy for charges, address responsibilities, collection readiness, delays, and lost-package investigations.

8. Returns, exchanges, and refunds

Eligible ready-to-wear items may be requested for a voluntary change-of-mind exchange within 7 calendar days after receipt, subject to the condition and eligibility requirements in the Returns, Exchanges & Refunds Policy. Ordinary change-of-mind remedies are normally an exchange or store credit.

These voluntary arrangements do not limit applicable remedies for goods that are defective, damaged, materially misdescribed, or wrongly supplied.

9. Custom, altered, and special orders

Custom, altered, personalised, sourced-on-request, or special-order goods may not qualify for a voluntary change-of-mind return once materials, work, or supplier commitments have begun. Any relevant restriction or reasonable cancellation charge should be disclosed before confirmation. Statutory rights relating to defective, damaged, misdescribed, or wrongly supplied goods remain unaffected.

10. Beauty and styling services

Service scope, location, timing, price, deposit, preparation requirements, and availability are confirmed before booking. Customers should provide relevant and accurate information, including known sensitivities or access requirements. At least 24 hours’ cancellation or rescheduling notice is requested where reasonably possible.

A late-cancellation, no-show, or deposit consequence applies only where it was disclosed before booking. Emergencies will be considered reasonably under the Cancellation Policy.

11. Customer information and cooperation

You are responsible for providing accurate contact, delivery, sizing, service, and payment-reference information and for checking the confirmed order details. Tell MarvellousGrace promptly if any detail changes. Additional costs caused by incorrect customer information may be charged where reasonable and disclosed.

12. Intellectual property

MarvellousGrace names, original text, photography, graphics, and brand materials are protected to the extent owned or licensed by MarvellousGrace. The digital platform includes design and development work by FullCircle Kingdom Fortunes International LLC. That attribution does not transfer FullCircle intellectual-property ownership to MarvellousGrace.

Third-party libraries, platforms, marks, and content remain subject to their respective owners’ rights and licences. No website content may be copied, adapted, or commercially reused without the relevant permission or other lawful basis.

13. Third-party services and links

WhatsApp, telephone networks, email providers, couriers, payment services when activated, and external links are operated by third parties under their own terms and privacy practices. MarvellousGrace is not responsible for an independent third party’s systems, but this does not remove any responsibility MarvellousGrace has for its own conduct or chosen fulfilment arrangements.

14. Website availability

The website may be updated, suspended, or temporarily unavailable for maintenance, security, technical, or operational reasons. MarvellousGrace does not guarantee uninterrupted access and may correct website errors, but accepted order rights are assessed under the confirmed transaction and applicable law.

15. Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, MarvellousGrace is not liable for indirect or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable from the confirmed transaction. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable responsibility for fraud, misrepresentation, negligence, defective goods, or breach of statutory consumer rights.

16. Fraud and impersonation awareness

Verify unusual payment or account-change requests through an official contact channel. Do not send money to an unconfirmed account or disclose confidential banking credentials. MarvellousGrace may pause fulfilment while suspicious activity or an unverifiable payment is investigated.

17. Privacy

Personal information is handled as described in the Privacy Policy, including information used to respond to enquiries, confirm orders, arrange delivery, provide services, maintain records, and prevent fraud.

18. Changes to these terms

MarvellousGrace may update these terms for legal, operational, security, or service changes. The date above identifies the current website version. A material change does not retrospectively replace the terms already confirmed for an accepted order unless the parties lawfully agree otherwise.

19. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. The parties should first try to resolve a concern through the official contact channels. This clause does not prevent a customer from using an available regulator, tribunal, court, or other lawful consumer-redress process.

20. Contact MarvellousGrace

Questions about these terms, an order, or a service should be sent through an official MarvellousGrace channel.
